Joseph R. Dulaney
Joe was born in
Tunica, Mississippi on January
22, 1971. He attended the
University of Florida (BA 1994)
and Mississippi College School
of Law (JD 1998). Since
graduation from law school, Joe
has engaged in an active injury
law and litigation practice in
Mississippi and Tennessee. Over
the past ten years, Joe has
helped his clients recover
millions of dollars for injuries
they have sustained as a result
someone else’s negligence.
Joe is a
member of The Mississippi Bar
and The Tennessee Bar. He is
also a member of the American
Association for Justice, the
Mississippi Association for
Justice, and the American Trial
Lawyers Association. Joe was
named to the top 100 Trial
lawyer in Mississippi for 2007
and 2008 by the American Trial
Lawyers Association. He also
served as president of the
Tunica Rotary Club and District
Secretary for Rotary District
6800. He also served four years
on the vestry of the Epiphany
Episcopal Church in Tunica.
One of the
latest cases Joe handled was a
reported decision by the Fifth
Circuit Court of Appeals in a
premises liability case which
ended with a favorable ruling
for Joe’s client by the Fifth
Circuit.
Joe is
married to the former Kara Lyn
Britton. They reside in near
downtown Tunica with their three
children.
